Christmas Day and the Day After
The kids managed to sleep until 6:45 am before waking their dad and me up! Here are some of our Christmas day pictures.

| After nearly 24 hours of snowing, this is what my backyard looks like the day after Christmas. Our first Christmas in the new house and it was a very white one! |

so quiet . . .
It has been so quiet here at my house today. My husband decided to go visit his parents and my mom today 2.5 hours away. And you know the best part . . . . . he took all three of the kids!
I have been home alone all day today and it has been a wonderful and much needed break! Thanks honey and I love you and the boys! : )

Two Terrific Kids
Two of my sons were awarded as Terrific Kids by the Guilford College Kiwanis Club this mourning at their school. Both were recognized for their respectfulness to other. My oldest has been awarded every year since kindergarten and this was my middle son's ,who is in kindergarten this year, first time getting an award, so he was all smiles!
I am a proud momma!

The End of Summer Break

The oldest started third grade and my middle son started Kindergarten. I hope he doesn't do like he did in Preschool. The boy cried everyday for six weeks, really!

My youngest son already misses them. When we got back home, he was standing at the bottom of the stair screaming for this oldest brother! I felt bad for the little guy, but his day is coming. I
